Zmeur - Rubus idaeus 'Tulameen' (Zmeur de vara)

Rubus idaeus 'Tulameen' is a summer-fruiting variety with long stems. The plant is compact and takes up little space, making it perfect for growing in containers. Train the long stems along a fence, against a wall or on a trellis. 'Tulameen' raspberry produces rich harvests of large, sweet, aromatic berries in mid-summer.

Rubus idaeus 'Tulameen' is quite commonly grown commercially and is an improved version of the 'Malling Promise' variety. The fruits keep well, with average firmness and an above average shelf life.
