Here are our wholesale orders benefits and conditions:

 Discounts & Benefits

  • orders 500-1000 euro - 5% discount - voucher code to be used at checkout: #discount5
  • orders over 1000 euro - 10% discount - voucher code to be used at checkout: #discount10
  • fixed shipping fees and no packing fees
  • fast shipping and priority handling – wholesale orders are processed before retail ones
  • dedicated account support – faster response for wholesale clients
  • inventory reservation – option to block stock for a short time until payment confirmation
  • combined shipping – multiple orders can be grouped in one box to save costs

Shipping & Packing

  • fixed shipping fees - the shipping fees listed on the website are for boxes up to 5 kg. Normally, we add extra charges for packages over 5 kg, but if you are a reseller or making group orders, we will cover the extra cost.
  • VAT exemption - if you order on the company name and your company has a valid VAT code (registered in VIES), your order will be VAT free.
  • for bulky packages there is a normal 5% degradation to consider - all other risks are explained on the website, international shipping page (please read before ordering)
  • we offer fast support via email and will prioritize your orders. Shipping is always done as soon as possible - but keep in mind that we need to collect and check the plants first, the soil needs to be dry, etc.
  • orders will be placed on the website
