Placement: Philodendron prefers a bright spot, sheltered from direct sunlight. However, it will also tolerate a darker area. The foliage will become greener if placed in a shadier location.
Watering: The soil should be neither too wet nor too dry. Water regularly, allowing the soil to dry out partially between waterings. Make sure the pot has good drainage.
Soil: Philodendron prefers a nutrient-rich soil that retains moisture well.
