Phalaenopsis bellina var. alba - a botanical species endemic to Borneo, the variety with white flowers. The plant is much loved for its strongly scented flowers, with a sweet aroma that reminds us of citrus.
Flowering is sequential - the flowers open one by one, and the flower stem continues to grow after they fade. Cutting the flower stem is not recommended - it can bloom for years in a row.
