Myrtus communis ‘Variegata’ is a decorative variety of the common myrtle, valued for its intensely green leaves with white-cream edges, which give it an elegant and bright appearance throughout the year. This perennial Mediterranean plant emits a pleasant scent when the leaves are touched, and in summer it can produce white, star-shaped, fragrant flowers, sometimes followed by bluish-black fruits.

Its growth is compact and branched, making it ideal for pots, window boxes, borders, or aromatic gardens, as well as an indoor plant in well-lit spaces.
