Lycium 'Instant Success' (Goji) is a beautiful and attractive ornamental shrub that produces orange-colored fruit from the end of August.
Features and care instructions:
- Drought-resistant as well as frost-hardy (down to -25 degrees Celsius)
- Suitable for all soil types except sandy soil.
- Place in full sun or partial sun.
- Goji can generally be pruned to the desired height at any time. The harvest time can be delayed by pruning later in the season, for example in May.
- Flowering period: May - June.
First appearing in China, Goji berries are highly nourishing and have been used as medicine for years, but they are also very useful in the kitchen. These fruits contain many vitamins and thus belong to the category of "Super Fruits." They are also delicious when dried.
