Eucalipt - Eucalyptus pauciflora ssp. debeuzevillei
Eucalyptus pauciflora ssp. debeuzeville is one of the hardiest species of eucalyptus, native to the mountainous regions of Australia. Also known as the snow eucalyptus due to its light bark and exceptional cold resistance, this ornamental tree is ideal for gardens in cold temperate climates. It is distinguished by its persistent silver-blue leaves and smooth, ornamental bark that exfoliates in attractive layers.
Eucalyptus is a natural fly and mosquito repellent, which is why it is often grown on patios or in gardens. Due to its resistance, it is also used as a forest screen, to cover fences, etc.
The foliage is frequently used in floral arrangements and bouquets, due to its specific appearance and fragrance - the plants are pruned several times a year, and then branch rapidly. In some countries, this variety is grown and exploited massively for its hard wood that can be used in construction, for furniture or as fuel. The sap extracted from this tree is a good insecticide and natural repellent, also having an antiseptic effect - although it is toxic when ingested, it is a frequently found component in insecticides, phytosanitary treatments, deodorants, and wound treatment creams.

The appearance of the leaves can vary from one specimen to another - eucalyptus leaves transform as they mature.
Note: This variety may have defective leaves/branches or affected new growth, especially in the warm season - these aspects are due to international transport (they are imported plants), are characteristic of the species (it is a more sensitive variety) and do not influence the viability of the plants.
Recommendation : We recommend planting eucalyptus in the garden or in large pots, placed outside during the summer. It is an outdoor plant and does not perform well in small pots for the long term. Do not expose the plant to strong sunlight before planting.
The shipping pots that the plants come in are fragile and can break during handling and transportation.
