Camellia japonica 'Lady Campbell' (Frost Resistant)
Camellia japonica with double red flowers - a symbol of elegance and refinement, Camellia Japonica is a shrub with large red flowers and glossy leaves.
Camellia Japonica is a beautiful plant, an evergreen shrub, with lovely, shiny leaves and flowers in almost every possible shape. The flower colors range from white, all shades of pink, red, to red-white mixed with yellow! The blooming period is longer than that of Rhododendrons and Magnolias and takes place at a time when there is not much to do in the garden, that is, just after winter ends, at the beginning of spring.
It withstands temperatures down to -15°C well. If the temperature drops further, protecting the plant is recommended.
