Aster dumosus (also known as Bushy Aster or Dwarf Autumn Oxeye ) is a perennial garden plant, highly prized for its compact, bushy habit and abundant flowering from August to October. It forms dense clumps, covered with small, star-shaped, purple, mauve, pink or white flowers with yellow centers, which attract bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects.
