Glicina cu inflorire timpurie - Wisteria frutescens 'Amethyst Falls'
Wisteria frutescens 'Amethyst Falls' is a cultivar developed by Head Ornamentals Inc. in the United States. It is valued for its very early blooming (even small specimens flower) and for its spectacular, fragrant flowers, which appear in clusters of dark violet or nearly bluish color, reminiscent of amethyst, hence the name 'Amethyst Falls'. This variety of wisteria is more compact and more manageable (and less invasive) than other species, making it ideal for smaller gardens or for growing in containers. The flowers appear in spring and often again in summer, and the plant can grow quickly, being preferred for covering pergolas, fences, or other garden structures.
Height including pot: approx. 50-60 cm (varies depending on the season)
