Due to its numerous and valuable properties, vermiculite is used in horticulture, especially in mixtures of substrates for plants. Vermiculite has cationic exchange properties, helps to satisfy the ammonium, potassium, calcium and magnesium needs of the plant.
It is free of impurities, aerates the soil and retains water together with fertilizers. It does not catch mold, is non-toxic, non-combustible, does not pollute the soil and does not degrade over time even through the action of atmospheric factors.
Vermiculite is often used together with perlite. Perlite also ensures the absorption of excess water and therefore optimizes the water requirement of the substrate.

Water absorption: 60-70% of the volume
PH: 7 – 7.5
Note: Bulk product - packaging is done in zip bags by our staff. It is not excluded that there may be some volume differences or a margin of error due to porosity, compaction, humidity or density of the material, but these variations are considered normal.
