Tillandsia cyanea 'Biancini'
Tillandsia cyanea is an epiphytic plant from the Bromeliaceae family, known for its exotic appearance. It has long, thin and arched leaves, which form a rosette, and produces a distinct spike-shaped inflorescence.
The cultivar 'Biancini' has a white inflorescence, which tends towards green when the plant does not have enough light.
Small flowers appear from each bract of the inflorescence, which in the case of this cultivar are immaculate white. The plant prefers indirect light, high humidity and does not necessarily require soil, being epiphytic at the base and implicitly able to absorb water and nutrients from the air.
It is one of the most popular tillandsia varieties due to its beauty.
