Schefflera, also known as the Umbrella Tree due to the umbrella-like appearance suggested by its leaves, is a plant of tropical origin that can reach heights of 25 - 30 m in its natural environment.
The Umbrella Tree is an evergreen and very hardy plant, thriving well even in dark places.
Watering - In the warm season, water abundantly when the soil dries on the surface, but avoid letting water stagnate. In winter, water moderately, about every 3 days.
Placement: The plant grows even in places with little natural light. Small plants should be kept away from strong sunlight.
