Parma violets or Saint Paulia are plants of African origin, spread and appreciated worldwide over time.
Care for Parma violets
Placement: Bright but shaded location, without direct afternoon sunlight
Watering: Twice a week, about 150 ml of water. Water gently from above without splashing the leaves or in the saucer.
Substrate: Neutral peat or loose soil. Do not use pots larger than 10-12 cm in diameter
Propagation: By dividing the plant into two or replanting the leaves
Characteristics: Can bloom all year round. For abundant flowering, fertilize every 10 days. The substrate can be replaced immediately after purchase and then every 2 years.

Pot diameter 9-12 cm
Note: You may receive this variety without flowers, but under optimal conditions it will bloom again in the following weeks.
The leaves of this plant are brittle and can easily be damaged during transport and handling.
