Peperomia Argyreia (watermelon) D15
Peperomia is not a difficult plant to care for; the biggest issue usually relates to watering.
Light: Peperomia prefers moderate light but will also tolerate shade. It does very well under fluorescent lights, making it ideal for offices or basements.
Soil: It grows well in humus-rich soils that are moist but well-drained, or in peat-based soils (2 parts peat and 1 part perlite or sand).
Temperature: It prefers temperatures of 18-24 °C, not lower than 15 °C.
Water: Water moderately but consistently during the growing season. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Reduce watering during the winter season.
Fertilizer: Fertilize monthly in spring and summer with a diluted liquid fertilizer. Do not fertilize during the winter season.
Attention! Stock plants may have mechanical defects on the leaves! The stems/leaves of this plant are fragile and can easily break during transport.
The decorative pot is not included in the price.
