Anti-mosquito geraniums (Mosquitaways) are suitable both as indoor plants and for terraces. The strong citrus scent of these geraniums acts as a deterrent to mosquitoes, which seem to dislike the lemon smell.
Mosquitaways is a geranium species resulting from the crossbreeding of two Pelargonium species: scented-leaf Pelargonium and Pelargonium Angel. Compared to other scented-leaf geraniums, the Mosquitaways species blooms abundantly. Pelargoniums Angel have the appearance of an English geranium with serrated leaves and smaller flowers.
Features and care:
- can be placed both indoors and outdoors
- blooms continuously from April to October
- water regularly
- place in a bright area (not in direct sunlight)
- apply fertilizer every 2 weeks.
