Parodia warasii is a species of cactus from the genus Parodia, originally from Bolivia. Known for its attractive shapes, it has a globular shape that can reach dimensions of up to 15 cm in height and 7 cm in width.

The flowers appear at the top of the cactus, they are large and yellow. Flowers usually appear in the peak of summer and can persist for a long time.

Parodia warasii is a relatively easy plant to maintain, needing direct sun and well-drained soil to prevent root rot. It is also resistant to drought and can survive in low temperature conditions, although it is not recommended to be left at temperatures below the freezing point.
