MOSPILAN 20 SG - systemic insecticide

Mospilan - a systemic insecticide from the neonicotinoid group, with long-lasting effect and a broad spectrum of control, contains acetamiprid as the active substance, being especially effective against all developmental stages of insects and mites (egg – larva - adult). Its rapid and lasting action (over 3 weeks) on the nervous system of invertebrates leads to their paralysis and subsequent death, without the effects being affected by temperature changes, rain, or irrigation applications.
Successful results of Mospilan are known in controlling aphids, woolly aphids, thrips (especially the Californian thrips and tobacco thrips), cereal bugs, green aphids, greenhouse whitefly, gray aphids, apple green aphids, red mites, San Jose scale, honey fleas, grapevine moth, rape stem weevil, rape wasp, shiny rape beetle, Colorado beetles, etc. Mospilan has been successfully used in treating orchids (without losing the flower clusters) and other exotic plants.
Mospilan also has a secondary acaricidal effect, especially destroying eggs.
A special benefit of this product is the extremely short waiting period from application to harvest when used in vegetable growing or treating fruit trees. For treatment efficiency and to avoid the development of resistance, it is recommended to alternate treatments with insecticides from other chemical groups.
