Monstera Minima (Rhaphidophora tetrasperma) has fast growth, being a climbing plant.
It prefers a bright area, away from direct sunlight. Make sure the soil does not dry out.
Some leaves may have mechanical defects, but these do not affect the viability of the plant. Under conditions of optimal care, the new leaves will develop normally.

Producers usually cut the tops of the plant to cause branching, thus obtaining the "bush" appearance.
