Mentha rotundifolia (Pineapple Mint)

Mentha rotundifolia, also popularly called "pineapple-flavored mint", due to its scent that has a hint of pineapple. It is a fantastic variety for lemonades, ice creams, cocktails and culinary preparations, but just like the other types of mint it has many medicinal properties.

Very vigorous plant. It resists the cold just like the traditional varieties and is considered pest-free, the specific smell and the essential oils it contains being a good repellent.
