Magnolia Susan appeared as a result of crossing between Rosea and Magnolie Nigra varieties, being a hybrid with a delayed flowering time towards the end of spring, thus reducing the risk of losing buds due to the cold days of April-May.
Location: sunny places, rich and well-drained soil
Characteristics: The flowers are large, fragrant, dark purple in color and appear before the leaves.
It can grow up to 2-4 meters high.
