Magnolia Michelia 'White Caviar' - flori parfumate
Magnolia Michelia 'White Caviar' - Magnolia, Michelia section. This is a hybrid between two of the most popular, attractive, and hardy Michelia varieties - yunnansensis (syn. laevifolia) and figo. It is a highly valued ornamental plant, medium-sized, evergreen, with a narrow shape and a dense growth habit, making it perfect for screens and hedges. It produces medium-sized, fragrant, creamy white flowers in late spring/early summer.
Michelia Magnolias are not like any other magnolia - they are compact, bushy, and evergreen. In spring, they are covered with a true "blanket" of fragrant flowers. The flower buds open at nearly every leaf axil, and the flowers are strongly scented, about 6 cm in size. They bloom early, from the beginning to the end of spring, and sometimes sporadic flowers appear throughout the year.
