Hoya lauterbachii - huge, fragrant flowers
Hoya lauterbachii - probably the largest species of Hoya in the world, both in terms of the size of the plant at maturity and the size of the flowers. The peduncle with open flowers reaches almost the size of a soccer ball. A peduncle generates around 8 buds, and each flower reaches a size of 7-10 cm - practically it can be compared to a cup of coffee.
The plant is not pretentious, but it develops best in conditions of high temperatures and very good light, flowering being also conditioned by these factors. Lianas easily reach lengths of several meters over time.
The flowers are impressive from all points of view: size, color, fragrance. The flowering of such a plant is probably the dream of any collector.
