Hoya callistophylla - an epiphytic species native to Borneo, notable for its impressive, very thick leaves with prominent dark green venation, which can reach a length of 25 cm and a width of 9 cm. An adult specimen can reach a length of up to 5m, but it is a slow-growing variety.
The flowers are spectacular, in vibrant colors that vary depending on the season and growing conditions, fragrant, with a lifespan of up to 7 days.
Hoya callistophylla does not appreciate frequent movements (repotting, changing location) and large temperature variations. For proper flowering, growing in strong filtered light is recommended. Variety sensitive to excessive watering.
The length of the vines varies from one specimen to another. The vines and leaves may show defects/scars.
