Epipremnum ‘Snow Leopard’

Epipremnum 'Snow Leopard' is a spectacular variety of Epipremnum aureum , prized for its unique foliage, with creamy white and light green variegations, which create a visual effect similar to the fur of a white leopard. It is an easy-care houseplant, ideal for hanging pots or to be guided on a vertical support.

Care conditions:

✔ Light: Prefers bright indirect light to preserve leaf variegation. Can tolerate partial shade, but growth will be slower and variegation may become less pronounced.

✔ Water: Water moderately, allowing the soil to dry out partially between waterings. Avoid overwatering to prevent root rot.

✔ Humidity: It adapts to normal room humidity, but prefers a slightly higher level. Occasional spraying or placing near a humidifier helps keep the leaves looking healthy.

✔ Temperature: 18-30°C; does not tolerate temperatures below 10°C .

✔ Soil: Well-drained, aerated mixture of peat, perlite, and pine bark, similar to that for tropical plants.

✔ Fertilizer: Fertilize once a month during the growing season (spring-summer) with a balanced liquid fertilizer.

Common problems:

• Yellowed leaves: Excessive watering or stagnant water in the pot.

• Variegation disappears: Lack of sufficient light.

• Brown leaf edges: Air too dry or insufficient watering.
