Care:
This plant prefers moderate to bright indirect light , but will tolerate lower light, although growth may be slower. Direct sunlight should be avoided as it can burn the leaves. The soil should be kept slightly moist, avoiding overwatering, and the top layer of soil should dry out slightly between waterings. In the colder months, watering should be reduced. Dieffenbachia needs well-drained soil, rich in organic matter, and a universal potting mix for houseplants is suitable.
The ideal temperature for growing this plant is between 18-27°C. It is sensitive to cold and cold drafts, so it is important to protect it from temperatures below 15°C. In terms of humidity, it prefers a moderate to high environment. Occasional spraying of the leaves or using a humidifier can help maintain a suitable environment.
During the growing season, spring and summer, the plant can be fertilized once a month with a liquid fertilizer for green plants, and fertilization can be stopped during the dormant period.
