Care

Light:

• It prefers bright, indirect light to preserve the intense colors of the leaves.

• It can tolerate direct sun exposure in the morning or late afternoon, but strong midday sun can burn the leaves.

• In low light, colors may fade.

Temperature:

• The ideal temperature is between 18-24°C.

• It does not tolerate cold or cold drafts. Avoid temperatures below 15°C.

Humidity:

• It needs moderate to high humidity. To increase humidity, you can spray the leaves with room temperature water or use a humidifier during the cold season or in spaces with dry air.

Watering:

• Keep the soil slightly moist, but not excessively soaked.

• Water the plant when the top layer of soil is dry to the touch.

• Avoid stagnant water in the pot to prevent root rot.

Soil:

• It prefers well-drained soil, rich in organic matter. Potting mixes with the addition of perlite are ideal.

Fertilization:

• Fertilize the plant once a month during the active growth period (spring and summer) with a liquid fertilizer for ornamental plants through the leaves.

• Reduce fertilization during the dormant period (autumn and winter).

Trimming:

• Remove dry or damaged leaves to stimulate healthy growth.

Replanting:
