Thymus citriodorus, also known as lemon-flavored thyme , is a perennial plant from the Lamiaceae family, originally from Southern Europe. This plant is appreciated for its distinct aroma, which combines the classic scent of thyme with fresh notes of lemon.

The plant reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and a compact bush shape, with branched and rigid stems. The leaves are small, oval and aromatic, with a strong lemon scent , especially when crushed or rubbed.
