Meloara (Cattleya) Ching Sun Bright Star - fragrant

Meloara Ching Sun Bright Star (Meloara Ching Sun Bright Star) is a hybrid in the nothogenus Meloara (family Orchidaceae), created in 2014 by Ching Sun Orchids (Meloara Tzeng-Wen Tricia x Rlc. Shinfong Honey).

Botanical characteristics:

• Flowers: Approximately 7–9 cm in diameter. Deep pink / pinkish-purple with numerous white spots on the petals, and a large pink lip with yellow splashes. Fragrant (pleasant scent). Good shape and attractive texture.
• Habit: Compact to medium-sized plant with robust pseudobulbs. Vigorous growth, typical of hybrids in the Cattleya alliance.
• Special features: Modern Taiwanese hybrid, appreciated for its color contrast (pink with white spots and yellow accents) and fragrance. Easy to flower.
