Bulbophyllum sikkimense

Bulbophyllum sikkimense is a species of orchid that belongs to the genus Bulbophyllum, one of the largest orchid genera. This species is native to the mountainous regions of Asia, especially in the Sikkim area of ​​India, hence the name. It is an epiphytic plant, which means that in its natural environment it grows on other plants, but does not extract nutrients from them.

The plant has small pseudobulbs from which grow lanceolate or oval leaves, usually dark green.
