Liliac de vara - Buddleja davidii 'Nanho Blue'
Buddleja davidii 'Nanho Blue' - commonly called 'Summer Lilac'. A fast-growing shrub that withstands almost any environmental conditions but blooms more abundantly when it receives good sunlight exposure.
Blooms very abundantly in the warm season, with flowers appearing in large clusters, being strongly fragrant and great producers of nectar. During the warm season, it is usually the greatest attraction for butterflies and pollinators.
To delay blooming, some gardeners drastically reduce the size of the plants in spring. Annual pruning is also necessary to control the plant’s spread, as it tends to multiply relatively quickly.
