• Pulp: Soft, creamy typical of edible varieties. Pale yellowish-white in color, with a fine texture.

• Taste: Very sweet and fragrant, typical of commercial bananas. Sometimes it may have a slight vanilla note.

• Edibility: 100% edible, being one of the most widely grown varieties for consumption.
