Garden hibiscus: syriacus (hardy shrub, flowers summer-autumn, ideal for borders/hedges) and moscheutos (perennial with large flowers, dies back in winter). Full sun, well-drained soil (moscheutos prefers moister soil). Pruning at the end of winter. Hardiness approx. -20 °C.
