Ficus carica 'Gustissimo Perretta' - a variety with two fruiting periods per year, notable for the special, sweet-aromatic taste of its fruits and very high yield. A selected variety that bears fruit from the first years.

The first fruiting occurs at the beginning of August, with elongated fruits weighing 90-100 grams. The second fruiting starts at the end of September, and this time the harvest is more abundant, but the fruits are slightly smaller, round, weighing 60-70 grams.

The fruit quality is superior - the fruits do not crack regardless of the weather and have a long shelf life, allowing for extended storage.

Garden hardiness. It withstands down to -15°C without significant losses. Hardiness increases as the plant matures, the root system develops, and the branches thicken. It is recommended to protect the plants in the first years by wrapping them with microporous foil (frost protection foil, Agril-type foil, etc.). Frost damage in fig trees affects the above-ground parts - but the root remains alive, and the plant regrows in spring.

Resistance to diseases and pests. Fig trees are considered ‘pest free’.

Parthenocarpic variety - it is self-fertile and does not require a pollinator.

Plants for garden or terrace are grown in unprotected spaces or with minimal protection (shade nets or hail nets). For this reason, naturally, they cannot have perfect foliage - leaves may show marks, defects, or other damage.

Note: The tips are cut by the producer to encourage branching of the plant.

In the cold season, it is sold without leaves.
