Nepenthes 'Rebecca Soper' is a popular hybrid carnivorous plant, resulting from the crossing of two different Nepenthes species - Nepenthes ventricosa and Nepenthes spathulata. Nepenthes plants belong to the Nepenthaceae family.

Nepenthes 'Rebecca Soper' is valued for its beauty and variety of colors, with insect traps usually pink or red, with a greenish tone at the base. The traps grow on long, slender stems, and their shape resembles urns or cups with a lid on top, ready to catch unfortunate insects.

This plant grows well in indirect or partial light, preferring warm temperatures and high humidity. The soil should be well-drained, acidic, and rich in organic matter.

Being a carnivorous plant, Nepenthes 'Rebecca Soper' feeds on insects caught in its traps. The insects are attracted by the sweet nectar produced by the plant, then slip into the trap where they are digested by enzymes produced by the plant.
Nepenthes thrives very well in Sphagnum Peat with compost, fertilizers, and specific trace elements - a substrate you can find here: Nepenthes substrate.
Height including pot: 20 cm

Note: The cups of these plants are delicate and may show defects/damage due to temperature and humidity variations.
