Pilea Peperomioides - money plant (Chinese Money Plant) D8
Pilea Peperomioides, popularly known as the Money Plant, is an unusual plant, originally from South China.
Light : Prefers indirect light. If it is exposed to direct sunlight for too long, the leaves can burn.
Watering : Water the plant when the first 2-3 cm of soil is dry to the touch. Avoid letting water stagnate in the saucer under the pot to prevent root rot.
Humidity : It likes humidity, but it also does well in environments with normal humidity. If the air in your home is very dry, you can lightly spray the plant or give it a humidifier.
Fertilizer : You can feed it with a balanced houseplant fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring-summer), but reduce the amount during the winter.
Pot and soil : Make sure the pot has drainage holes to prevent excessive water accumulation. Use a well-draining soil, ideal for indoor plants.
