Thelocactus hexaedrophorus is a rare cactus with a globular stem that can reach approximately 10 cm in height and 8 cm in diameter.
Feeding takes place at the end of spring and beginning of summer. The flowers are spectacular, trumpet-shaped, white or pink.
This species of cactus is native to Mexico and prefers well-drained soil, with exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures. It is a drought-resistant plant, but it can suffer in conditions of excessive humidity.
