Magnolia 'Pink Pyramid'

Magnolia 'Pink Pyramid'® is a wonderful magnolia. It naturally has a narrow and conical growth form, thus being an excellent choice for planting in columns, small spaces, on a terrace, balcony or small garden.

The flowers are large, with a diameter of 15-20 cm, they are vibrant dark pink to purple and bloom from a young age. It blooms in the spring and often reblooms in the summer . The leaves are thick, dark green.

Magnolia 'Pink Pyramid'® was obtained by hybridization by Vance Hooper in New Zealand, at Magnolia Grove. It is a hybrid between Aurora (Starwars x sargentiana var robusta) and Genie.
