Iresine herbstii ‘Redstar’ (Beefsteak Plant) D6

Iresine herbstii is a decorative perennial plant originating from South America. Its leaves are of an intense red or purple color, glossy and soft to the touch. The plant prefers moist soils rich in nutrients, but with good drainage. It is suitable for gardens, but also for pots and indoor planters. Iresine herbstii requires exposure to indirect light and constant temperatures of 18-24 degrees Celsius.
