The flowers of Clematis cirrhosa 'Jingle Bells' are a beautiful creamy white, bell-shaped, with a slight citrus scent if grown in a sunny location. It is an evergreen clematis, charming and prolific, which blooms in winter and requires sunny, well-drained soil.
