Citrus 'Arcobal' (Rainbow Orange, Blood Orange)

Citrus 'Arcobal' - fruit with spectacular variegations and colors, which stands out both for its appearance that offers a great decorative value, and for its sweet-sour taste, with an impressive aroma. From a commercial point of view, the fruits are used for consumption as such or exclusive/gourmet culinary preparations (some of the producers even offer recipes).

Citrus 'Arcobal' is the result of the cross between Mayer Lime and Red Orange (Citrus meyeri x Citrus sinensis 'doppio sanguinello').

Other known names: Rainbow Orange, Blood Orange

It withstands up to 0°C or -2-3°C in protected spaces, such as unheated greenhouses. Fruits early and abundantly.
