The sweet orange in pots (Citrus Sinesis arancio), is smooth and very well developed, with large fruits.
It is also called "sweet orange" to distinguish the Citrus sinensis fruit from the Citrus aurantium fruit, also known as the "bitter/sour orange".
It is an evergreen tree with medium size and fairly compact leaves, almost conical in shape. The branches are sometimes spiny. Orange can reach a height of 8 meters and a width of foliage of 4-5 meters.
Fruits are rich in nutrients; they contain vitamin C, A, B2, B5, B6, E, sugars, ascorbic acid and citric acid, pectin and mineral salts.
