Full description and specifications

Strelitzia reginae, also known as "Bird of Paradise", is a perennial plant native to South Africa. It is appreciated for its spectacular flowers, which look like a colorful bird in flight, with vibrant colors of orange and blue. The leaves are elongated, spear-shaped, and dark green.
This plant prefers a bright environment and can tolerate direct sunlight, although it also does well in indirect light. The ideal soil is well-drained, and the plant needs regular watering to maintain its health, but it is relatively tolerant of drought conditions once it is well established.

Location: bright area, without direct sun.
Watering: keep slightly moist, but let the soil dry between waterings.
Temperatures: 18 degrees Celsius - 30 degrees Celsius.
Subtract: well drained. Ideally a mixture with perlite or bark to help with drainage and aeration.
Fertilization: fertilize every few weeks during the growth period (spring, summer, autumn).
Strelitzia reginae can reach heights of up to 2 meters. Inside, due to its large dimensions, it is usually placed in large and well-lit spaces.
Height with pots included approx. 65-70 cm
The specimens may also have defective leaves.
