Tillandsia caput-medusae is one of the most spectacular air plants, known for its twisted, silvery leaves that resemble jellyfish tentacles – hence its unique name. It is a very hardy species, suitable for beginners, modern decor, air arrangements, or supports made of wood, stone, or ceramic.

• Epiphytic plant, does not require soil

• Thick, twisted leaves covered with silvery trichomes

• Can produce violet-pink flowers with colorful bracts under good conditions

☀️ Growing conditions

• Light: strong natural indirect light; can tolerate a few hours of mild sun

• Watering: by misting 2–3 times/week; can also be hydrated by soaking 15–20 min once a week

• Drying: mandatory after watering, avoiding water accumulation at the base of the leaves

• Air: good circulation, essential for the plant's health
