Phlox subulata ‘Fort Hill’ (creeping phlox) is a creeping perennial plant, highly valued for its abundant blooming in intense shades of vibrant pink, which transforms the plant into a spectacular floral carpet during spring. It is an excellent variety for rock gardens, borders, slopes, planters, and rock gardens, where it brings strong color and a compact, well-defined appearance.
