Delivery Options

General Rules and Recommendations
- Shipping costs are calculated for packages weighing up to 5 kg. An additional fee may apply for bulky or heavier packages over 5 kg.
- The delivery time associated with a service is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
- We recommend always choosing the Dedicated Driver Delivery service when you are within the delivery area (Bucharest).
- The package cannot be opened upon delivery when delivered via courier services, as flowers are perishable products and the packaging procedure is not standardized.
- For courier deliveries, a delivery time window cannot be specified.
- The courier must be able to deliver anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on their route. Each courier covers a fairly large delivery area, so they may arrive at certain addresses only during specific time slots.
- When shipping flowering plants, flower stems/inflorescences are susceptible to damage during transport. Although such situations are rare, we cannot guarantee the integrity of flower stems/inflorescences when delivery is made via national or international courier services.
- Some plants are sensitive and carry a high risk of damage, indicated on the product page – we ship these plants to any destination upon your request (online order), but you assume this risk.
- In the unlikely event that the package arrives visibly damaged (unsealed box, crushed/hit, etc.), you are required to complete a damage report with the courier company agent who delivered the package. Without this report, the package damage cannot be proven, and we will not accept subsequent claims.
- If the recipient is not found at the address, a new delivery attempt will be made within 1-3 business days. In this case, product damage in the package cannot be blamed on the florist.
- Deliveries to isolated, inaccessible areas or those affected by natural phenomena may be delayed until courier access is possible. In this case, product damage cannot be blamed on the florist.
