📌 Note: Monstera deliciosa Variegata is sensitive to handling and transport, especially because of its large leaves and white variegation, which is more delicate than green tissue. The leaves may show cracks, small tears, brown spots on the white areas, bends, or other aesthetic imperfections that occur during transport or acclimatization to the new environment. These issues are common in variegated plants and do not affect the plant’s viability or development. The intensity and distribution of the variegation may vary considerably from one specimen to another, with each plant being unique.
