Hoya inflata - a rare botanical species, endemic to Papua New Guinea. Initially classified as Madangia inflata, in 2006 it was reclassified and placed in the genus Hoya.

Hoya inflata is particularly prized for its unique, swollen, waxy flowers , globular in appearance and colored in pale yellow or cream tones, sometimes with brown accents in the center. The name "inflata" comes from its distinctive flower shape, which appears "swollen" or bulging, a trait not commonly seen among hoyas.

The leaves are thick, glossy and slightly elongated , of an intense green, and the plant has a vigorous, climbing or creeping growth if left unsupported.
It is ideal for hoya collections , bright spaces with constant humidity or tropical indoor corners , where it can bloom spectacularly, especially in summer, when it is well acclimatized.

Fragrant flowers: YES

The ceramic pot is not included in the price.
