Калатея Медальон XL - Пауново растение
Calathea Medallion, the peacock plant, is a brightly colored plant that truly purifies the air, contributing to a better and healthier indoor climate.
Calathea is also special for another reason: at night its leaves close, and in the morning they open again! This is why Calathea is also called the "living plant." The plant owes this ability to a small "joint" between the leaves and the stem. Light moves the joints and, as a result, Calathea’s leaves open and close—sometimes accompanied by a rustling sound.
Placement: shaded area with indirect light. It does not tolerate drafts or very low temperatures during winter. In summer, it feels good in a cooler place; excessive heat causes the leaves to spot.
Watering: water moderately, allowing the soil to dry partially.
Humidity: it thrives better with higher humidity.
