Switch 62.5 WG 10g - systemic and contact fungicide
Complex fungicide with mixed action, including a systemic component and a contact component, namely fludioxonil and cyprodinil. The mode of action is preventive and curative, with the active substances acting on three essential physiological processes of the fungal cell cycle, reducing the infection rate of plants in cases of gray mold (Botrytis), fusarium wilt (Fusarium), moniliosis (Monilia), and other fungal diseases occurring in enclosed spaces. An important aspect of this plant protection product is the low risk of resistance development.
For use in tropical horticulture, applications should be made by spraying on foliage at a concentration of 10 mg (the content of one sachet) per 10 liters of water, for preventive and curative purposes against fusarium wilt (caused by species of the genus Fusarium), root rot (caused by species of the genus Rhizoctonia), smut and white rot (caused by species of the genus Sclerotium), anthracnose (caused by species of the genus Colletotrichum), leaf spots (caused by species of the genera Cercospora and Guignardia), and gray mold affecting plant flowers and grapevine fruits (caused by species of the genus Botrytis). Mainly used to combat moniliosis and scab (caused by species of the genus Venturia) in fruit trees, it finds applications in tropical horticultural plant protection, especially in orchid cultivation, being a product recommended by renowned growers for controlling infections caused by Botrytis (gray mold) and Fusarium (fusarium wilt), through its two components, fludioxonil and cyprodinil, with highly effective action against these fungal diseases.
